The meeting will take place at the Institute de Physique Nucléaire (IPNO) in Orsay (close to Paris) from Tuesday 3 February (starting at 1:45 pm) to Friday 6 February (ending at about 5 pm).
The meeting concerns the scintillators and the Surface Detector Electronics, calibration and monitoring, COMMS, CDAS and related detector simulations.
The work during the meeting will be done in parallel working groups with plenary sessions for reporting and discussing the output of the working groups.
